Job summary

You will develop and implement staffing plans, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality are maintained while driving productivity and reducing downtime through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies to drive performance.
• Ability to interpret instructions and work with ERP and MS Office tools; strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for individuals and teams aligned to department metrics.
• Advance production schedules, manage shift work, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop employees, promote continuous improvement, and cross-train staff.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics; lead gemba walks and reviews.
