Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a value stream on the production floor, coaching teams and driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource planning, cross-training, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and maintenance to boost productivity and reduce scrap. Prior supervisory experience and a Lean mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business admin/management/engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience and 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Proven history using Lean tools to drive value and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret instructions and use ERP systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for individual and team performance aligned with metrics.
• Organize and delegate workloads to meet daily output targets.
• Understand workflows, inputs/outputs, and impact on metrics.
• Lead safety, quality, throughput, and scheduling improvements with teams.
• Coach and develop employees; cross-train for flexible resource planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues.
