Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a Production Manager to lead night shift operations on the manufacturing floor, driving safety, quality, and productivity in alignment with Lean and Six Sigma practices.

The role partners with engineering, quality, and maintenance to minimize downtime, improve processes, and meet delivery targets while coaching staff and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in engineering or production management.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Ability to lead on night shift and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and environmentally compliant work area focusing on safety in all activities.
• Track KPIs, implement corrective actions, and uphold accountability systems.
• Drive and coach the functional area to top quartile performance.
• Deliver results by meeting committed volume, mix, and specifications on time.
• Operate the business at or below committed cost.
• Develop and maintain compliance with Quality Management System and procedures.
• Plan and direct workforce utilization and assign work as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering to achieve goals and drive continuous improvement.
