Centro in North Liberty, IA is seeking an experienced Skills & Recruitment Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, support onboarding, training, and development initiatives for Associates. • Strong recruiting and candidate sourcing experience.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HR and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to build credibility with Candidates, Leaders, and Associates at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct manufacturing, supporting, and corporate positions
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, selection criteria, and workforce planning opportunities
• Analyze labor market trends and recommend recruiting strategies
• Represent Centro at job fairs, community events, school partnerships, and recruiting initiatives
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and new hire development programs
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
