Qualifications

4-year degree or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask.
Experience in recruitment, call center operations, or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Call Center Specialists.
Source, screen, and process candidates for opportunities across 20+ locations.
Coordinate recruiting activities and align with branch staffing.
Maintain awareness of applicant flow and hiring priorities across locations.
Coordinate and manage interview schedules for 20+ offices and ensure compliant records.
