Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience advising hiring managers.
• Experience identifying scarce skill sets and building pipelines for current and future talent demands.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools (Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align hiring with workforce plans and schedules.
• Lead intake sessions detailing success profiles, interview strategy, decision criteria, compensation ranges, and timelines.
• Advise on role design, selection methods, and structured interviews to improve fairness and predictive validity.
• Convert labor market data into guidance on location strategy, talent availability, and time to fill.
• Coach hiring managers on inclusive hiring and balancing skills, potential, and time to hire.
• Facilitate debriefs and ensure evidence-based decisions aligned to business goals.
