Zero Zone in North Prairie, WI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and highly technical roles across our divisions. You will source top talent, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage end-to-end onboarding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to source high-quality candidates while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI-PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and highly technical roles.
• Source qualified candidates using sourcing tools and outreach strategies.
• Manage requisition approvals with appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop and present competitive offers aligned with market conditions.
• Develop and maintain recruitment KPIs and relationships with staffing partners.
