Job summary

Centro in North Liberty, IA is seeking an experienced Skills & Recruitment Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, support onboarding, training, and development initiatives for Associates. • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct manufacturing, supporting, and corporate positions
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, selection criteria, and workforce planning opportunities
• Analyze labor market trends and recommend recruiting strategies
• Represent Centro at job fairs, community events, school partnerships, and recruiting initiatives
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and new hire development programs
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts

We are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient recruiting professional who is passionate about finding great talent and helping our Associates succeed.

This position will focus primarily on recruiting and talent acquisition for our manufacturing operations while also supporting onboarding, training, and development initiatives for our Associates. The ideal candidate understands both recruiting and manufacturing and can confidently identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates in a competitive labor market.

What You'll Do

• Experience supporting onboarding, training, or employee development programs
• Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development
