The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates, and building strong talent pipelines while continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruiting support.
• Knowledge of compensation, talent market trends, and recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate positions.
• Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop recruiting processes and best practices to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Conduct market research related to talent availability, compensation, and recruiting trends.
• Support internship, graduate, and early-career recruiting programs.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and community organizations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts.
• Reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies through proactive sourcing strategies.
