American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles at the Long Prairie, MN facility. The role partners with plant leadership to assess hiring needs, develop short- and long-term recruiting strategies, and ensure staffing targets are met.

You will drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment screening while optimizing processes for efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole; bilingual preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in beef, protein, or food industries.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead activities across recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Attend job fairs and coordinate housing/lodging for new hires as needed.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, colleges, and employment services to attract talent.
