Job summary

American Foods Group, LLC in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles across the beef harvest and fabrication operations.

You will partner with facility leadership, drive near- and long-term staffing strategies, and improve candidate experience through data-driven sourcing and efficient processes. Remote options exist for qualifying states, with onsite roles at multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting of hourly manufacturing employees.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole; bilingual preferred.
• Extensive experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system.
• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting in beef, protein, or food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source candidates, screen, interview, and manage offers in accordance with policies.
• Drive recruiting process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site hiring events and job fairs to support high-volume needs.
• Utilize social media, colleges, and local outlets to attract talent; collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to align national strategies.
• Lead data and reporting efforts, track recruiting metrics, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
