Job summary

American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full cycle recruitment for hourly and salary manufacturing positions in a high-volume beef production environment. The role supports remote hiring across designated states and onsite facilities in Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.

You will partner with facility leadership to assess hiring needs, implement strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting of hourly manufacturing employees.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole; bilingual preferred.
• Extensive experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles across facilities.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; manage offers and pre-employment screening.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to align hiring with workforce plans and budgets.
• Develop and optimize recruiting processes, track metrics, and report on hiring performance.
