Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing employees.
• Bi-lingual: English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole preferred.

• Source, screen, interview, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
