American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles across the beef harvest and fabrication sectors. This role partners with plant leadership to drive staffing strategies and ensure a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing recruitment, bilingual English/Spanish (Haitian-Creole acceptable), and a proven ability to source and hire top talent efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; Haitian-Creole acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Lead and support all activities in the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding and hiring per policy.
• Drive recruiting process best practices and continuously optimize for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site hiring events and job fairs to attract talent for high-volume needs.
• Use social media and local channels to attract candidates and build the company brand.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition Specialists to align national search strategies and candidate experience.
• Maintain hiring metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data-driven sourcing to prioritize channels and improve outreach for hourly and salaried roles.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
