McCain Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Manufacturing based in Appleton, WI. The role is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers for plant and manufacturing roles in North America.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, build candidate pipelines, and drive the recruiting process using SuccessFactors and Phenom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using LinkedIn, Indeed and local posting sites.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop candidate pipelines and conduct interviews to advance qualified candidates.
• Manage full job offers including negotiation and consultative support.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure timely updates.
