Agropur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our Appleton, WI manufacturing sites on a temporary six‑month contract, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on attracting general labour and specialized workers, collaborating with plant leadership, and building sustainable candidate pipelines in the local area.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions, partner with managers, and stay current on labor market conditions while promoting a positive candidate

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry and hourly workforce needs.
• Familiarity with ATS tools for candidate pipelines and compliance.

Mansioni

• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to manufacturing sites and hourly roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions at the site(s).
• Build relationships with community organizations and schools to build pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and EEOC initiatives.
