Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Le Sueur, MN seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 6‑month seasonal contract to recruit hourly and specialized manufacturing staff. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviews and offers, partnering with site leaders to align talent with production goals and labor markets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of recruiting experience, plus familiarity with ATS tools and manufacturing recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry and hourly workers required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of recruitment for hourly positions, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments and offers.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing context, production goals and site needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and community organizations to build pipelines for local talent.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience while complying with regulations.
