The role requires 2+ years in recruiting, familiarity with ATS tools, and a background in manufacturing staffing. Hybrid work arrangement supports work-life balance and department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruiting.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and hourly worker recruitment is required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage pipelines and ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruitment strategies with Plant Director for manufacturing context and goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor talent attraction for hourly positions and site needs.
• Maintain knowledge of labor market conditions and advise managers throughout the process.
• Build relationships with community organizations and schools for candidate pipelines.
• Represent the organization at industry and academic events to promote opportunities.
• Lead all phases of recruitment for hourly roles, from strategy to offer.
