Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and hourly worker requirements.
• Familiarity with ATS systems for managing candidate pipelines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of recruitment for hourly positions; sourcing, interviewing, assessments and offers.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with site goals and local talent supply.
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools and partners to create pipelines.
