Job description

The Talent Acquisition Partner Manufacturing role supports recruitment for high-volume plant and manufacturing positions across North America. Based in Appleton, WI, this is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, focused on sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers using ATS and CRM tools.

Role Overview

This position provides recruitment support for McCain Foods’ North America manufacturing plants. The role partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs for Plant and Manufacturing roles, while building candidate pipelines and advancing qualified candidates through the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a recruitment expert by building relationships and providing feedback and recommendations to both candidates and hiring managers to support selection of the most qualified candidate
• Develop candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing methods and deepen expertise in the business areas supported
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates, provide hiring recommendations, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the full job offer process, including negotiation, and provide consultative support during offer decisions
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment requirements for Plant and Manufacturing roles
• Create cost effective, efficient, proactive, and innovative solutions to meet business recruiting needs
• Use SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) and Phenom (CRM) to maintain accurate candidate information, ensuring records and activity updates remain current
• Participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a high volume manufacturing environment; prior agency experience preferred
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using technologies such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local posting sites or affiliations
• Ability to apply recruitment knowledge across recruitment policies, programs, processes, and functions
• Customer-focused approach with candidate experience and support prioritized
• Ability to manage competing priorities, including volume, location, and stakeholder needs

• Base salary range: USD 65,500 - 87,400 per year
