Job summary

ManpowerGroup in McKinney, TX seeks a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner for skilled manufacturing roles. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, drive sourcing strategies, and partner with clients to meet hiring standards. This hybrid W2 contract requires onsite presence one to two times weekly.

You will own requisitions, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining SLAs and KPIs for hourly manufacturing positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting within manufacturing and skilled trades.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill manufacturing talent.
• Onsite presence at McKinney, TX client required.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using data-informed strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards.
• Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche and high-demand talent.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within a designated function.
• Provide stakeholders with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insight.
• Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication.
• Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress.
• Engage and manage a 3rd party supply chain to ensure adequate support.
• Track supplier performance and ensure quality checks and processes.
