Job summary

Vast, headquartered in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to develop and maintain manufacturing documentation on the factory floor and ensure standardization across tools and processes.

You will manage Confluence docs, publish system bulletins, and coordinate across Operations, IE, Manufacturing, and Systems while auditing lines and structures onsite in Long Beach. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, production ops, quality, supply chain, or related environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations.
• Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, work instructions, or training materials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for guiding manufacturing users.
• Experience with production metrics, dashboards, or basic reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain SOPs, guides, and documentation for Manufacturo and other systems.
• Own the organization of Manufacturing Systems documentation in Confluence.
• Create and distribute bulletins about new Manufacturo features and changes.
• Coordinate bi-weekly manufacturing communications across cross-functional teams.
• Support development, documentation, and auditing of Manufacturing Systems standards.
• Audit Production Lines, Work Centers, and Locations for standard alignment.
• Coordinate factory structure changes with system/process owners.
• Communicate data-hygiene issues and track corrective actions.
• Track and coordinate Manufacturo tickets with cross-functional teams.
• Collect, organize, and distribute weekly performance metrics to production teams.
• Consolidate metrics into Monthly Manufacturing Review for leadership.
• Maintain TVs, dashboards, and visuals for current metrics.
• Identify gaps in understanding and create training materials as needed.
• Work on the factory floor to reinforce standards and gather feedback.
