Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the on-site Red Wing, MN facility. The role leads daily operations within an assigned manufacturing area to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

You will supervise production employees, coordinate staffing and schedules, and drive improvements in process and team performance. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of related manufacturing experience, including

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three or more years of related manufacturing experience and/or training, including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, train, and support production employees.
Coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
Monitor staffing, work assignments, production schedules, workflow, and equipment needs.
Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, technical, logistics, and other teams to resolve production issues.
Support employee engagement and positive relations through fair leadership.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and lean manufacturing efforts.
