Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as manufacturing, process engineering, business administration, or management.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience required.
• Strong data analysis and project management skills preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, decision making and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and communicate with associates to plan and control workflow for efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of processes to drive decisions affecting the value stream and business goals.
• Analyze and improve processes, equipment, and training to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve customer requests quickly.
• Plan materials and labor; manage variances and maintain accountability.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance; communicate policies consistently.
• Contribute to departmental goals aligned with company strategy; support development plans for employees.
