Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company in Red Wing, MN is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain HR to lead HR programs across multiple sites and manage HR Business Partners. You will partner with operations leaders to translate people strategies into consistent execution and drive a strong employee experience.

The role requires 5–7+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (SHRM/HRCI a plus), and the ability to travel across sites in the United States. This is a hybrid position with some travel for business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience delivering HR programs for business leaders
• Experience leading HR work through others
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or supply chain
• Employee relations and union/ labor experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; SHRM/HRCI a plus
