Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations; manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• Employee relations and labor/union experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners/Generalists across sites.
• Translate HR strategies into actionable plans with leaders.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Own implementation and follow-through of key HR programs and processes.
• Use HR metrics and feedback to improve workforce outcomes and compliance.
