Responsibilities

• Leads Production Department of 21 employees (Foreman, Supervisors, Operators, etc.).
• Responsible for manufacturing operations of both mineral wool lines, supply chain, quality and environmental compliance.
• Incorporates safety into all aspects and ensures safe working conditions.
• Develops and implements process improvements to meet operating requirements.
• Supports capital project implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coaches and develops workforce to foster engagement.
