Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 2-3 Team Leads and approximately 35 hourly employees within a non-union manufacturing environment.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop team leads and hourly associates to achieve peak performance.
• Drive achievement of KPIs, operational metrics, safety goals, and on-time delivery targets.
• Assess team capabilities, build strong working relationships, and foster a culture of accountability.
• Take ownership of assigned production area and make independent operational decisions.
