Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking an HR Manager, Supply Chain to lead HR programs across multiple sites from its Red Wing, MN base. The role combines team leadership with active HR business partnership in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with operations leaders to translate people strategies into execution, coach leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure compliant HR delivery across sites. A background in manufacturing or supply chain HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting business leaders and delivering HR programs
• Experience leading HR work through others (direct or indirect) strongly preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site operations; manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred
• Employee relations experience required; labor/union experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, and/or SHRM or HRCI certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners/Generalists across multiple locations, providing direction on priorities, workload, and execution of HR initiatives.
• Partner with the Sr. HRBP Manager and business leaders to translate HR strategies into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across Supply Chain.
• Serve as a direct HR partner to assigned leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Coach and support leaders through people management, organizational change, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with operational goals and strategy.
• Own the implementation and follow-through of key HR programs and processes, identifying and addressing execution gaps as needed.
