Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company seeks an HR Manager, Supply Chain to lead HR programs across multiple sites. You will guide HR business partners, shape employee relations, and drive workforce planning to align with operational goals.

Role requires strong leadership, coaching, and knowledge of employment law. Travel to US sites is expected; hybrid work model supports collaboration with the Red Wing team.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience leading HR programs across multiple sites.
• Experience with labor/union environments preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; SHRM/HRCI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of HR Partners/Generalists across sites.
• Drive consistent HR practices and employee experience.
• Coach leaders through organizational change and workforce planning.
• Own implementation of key HR programs with follow-through.
• Leverage HR data to improve workforce outcomes and compliance.
