Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Deployment Leader to guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle from setup to go-live, across manufacturing clients in the United States. You will tailor the software platform to match workflows and lead trainings from executives to plant-floor operators.

The role emphasizes driving adoption, balancing time-to-value with quality, and sustaining long-term customer success. Domestic travel of 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/CS Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (3+ without degree in metal finishing + ERP/MES exposure).
• Experience working directly with customers with strong ownership and accountability.
• Willing to travel 25–50% domestically (support Canada or Australia projects).

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to deeply assess manufacturing processes across production and administrative workflows.
• Lead end-to-end deployments from initial setup through go-live.
• Deliver training to stakeholders from executive leadership to plant floor operators.
• Drive strong user adoption by ensuring system functionality is understood and valued.
• Own deployment outcomes tied to ARR and customer success metrics.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve deployment outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to provide customer feedback and influence features.
