Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Deployment Leader/Engineer to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle. You will partner with manufacturing clients to understand operations, configure solutions, and drive adoption from leadership to the plant floor.

The role blends technical implementation, customer success, and operational consulting, with travel up to 50% and a strong emphasis on delivering value, training, and ongoing support across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years without degree in metal finishing + ERP/MES exposure.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to deeply assess production and admin workflows.
• Configure software to align with customer operational needs.
• Lead end-to-end deployments from setup to go-live.
• Deliver training across all levels from executives to plant floor.
• Drive user adoption by ensuring understanding of system functionality.
• Support long-term utilization with best practices and engagement.
• Own deployment outcomes tied to ARR and customer success metrics.
• Balance time-to-value with quality while maintaining long-term satisfaction.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve deployment outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for customer support via calls, emails, and tickets.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic support.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, tooling, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to feedback on features.
• Contribute to improving cross-functional workflows and customer experience.
