Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Site Manager for its Chandler, AZ manufacturing facility. The role leads a fast-paced site, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and bottom-line results while developing a capable, engaged team.

The Site Manager will manage multiple shifts and plants, drive continuous improvement, and align with corporate environmental and safety standards. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership on the manufacturing floor, mentorship of staff, and the deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years as plant manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Ability to review production reports and financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, productivity, and quality as core site metrics.
• Manage controllable expenses to meet financial goals for the site.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture across functions and personnel Roles.
• Share best practices across sites and implement across the operation.
• Evaluate equipment/processes to expand capability and efficiency of manufacturing.
• Ensure BOMs are correct and production stays within BOM cost and quality commitments.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a strong site staff and lead on-site teams.
