Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Site Manager for the Franklin, TN plant to lead a fast-paced Dry Mix concrete manufacturing operation. You will oversee planning, safety, budgets, production flow and material costs to achieve bottom-line results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred), strong leadership, and relevant experience in planning, P&L, and team management. Onsite position with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Planning, negotiating and organizational skills.
• Prior P&L experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Solid computer skills and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process.
• Oversee maintenance of all equipment and manage downtime, with a preventive maintenance program.
• Manage inventory, counts and audits.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Estimate production costs and ensure quality standards; provide good customer service.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
• Maximize transportation/logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sales, and customers to execute company policies and goals.
• Ensure SOX compliance and achievement of financial returns.
• Comply with local and federal environmental regulations.
