Job summary

Employment Solutions is partnering with a client to hire a Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to work on site in Milford, CT. You will support field sales and act as liaison between customers and quality, engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, coordinating entry, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM data, and providing sales forecasts. A BS/BA is a plus and 5+ years in sales support in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree or BA degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of sales support experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and Teams.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and negotiation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales and liaison between customer and quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform account maintenance.
• Review orders for accuracy and coordinate entry with internal departments.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations and proposals.
• Maintain CRM database and ERP/CRM data within company systems.
• Monitor account activity and provide sales forecasts.
• Occasional travel to customer locations (10%).
