You will handle day-to-day internal sales tasks, process orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate across sales, production, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or administrative roles within manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day internal sales support to account managers and customers.
• Process incoming orders, prepare quotes, and track inquiries from contact to completion.
• Act as internal liaison between sales, production, shipping and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and sales documentation in company databases.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or delays to keep sales workflows moving efficiently.
