MP Systems, an OEM manufacturer serving the CNC industry, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Enfield, CT. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, process orders in ERP, and coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries by phone and email in a timely, accurate manner.
• Triage and remediate customer inquiries; work with engineering to track issues in the service database.
• Process orders using ERP systems and provide order docs, tracking, and invoices.
• Coordinate with shipping to track, expedite, or delay shipments.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and uphold company policies.
