Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Safety Facilities Manager to reduce claims and injuries by delivering safety and workers' compensation support to local units. Responsibilities include training, site visits, policy implementation, and regular communication to ensure client requirements are met.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, incident investigations, loss prevention, and returning injured workers to work efficiently, with strong collaboration across sites and with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience implementing a variety of occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations and evaluating cost and risk factors.
• Ability to interpret and apply a variety of laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facilities comply with OSHA and other standards through inspections.
• Provides safety training and maintains effective awareness programs.
• Manages incident investigations and client administrative programs.
• Develops and administers loss prevention and control programs.
• Coordinates timely safety reporting to local management.
