• Lead the preparation and execution of innovative recruiting strategies for the Green Bay location.
• Source, screen, interview, present and support offers for qualified candidates.
• Partner with HRBP and hiring managers to meet staffing timelines.
• Maintain ATS records, postings, and documentation with accuracy.
