Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc is seeking a Human Resource Generalist at our Fall River, Wisconsin location. This position is responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of compliance with employment laws. This is an onsite role, with an emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience with payroll, recruiting, and employee discipline/investigations required.
• Great team member with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Plant Manager and Supervisors.
• Conduct investigations and issue employee discipline as needed.
• Full cycle recruitment including posting jobs and interviewing candidates.
