Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resource experience, including 2 years of full-cycle recruitment in manufacturing.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working in an integrated HRIS with recruitment functionality.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compensation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings and recruitment materials reflecting position requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, events, and pipelines.
• Conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the HRIS.
• Support compliant hiring practices and maintain documentation per laws and policies.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for current and future openings in manufacturing and offices.
• Build relationships with local schools and community partners to support talent attraction.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing, including social media presence.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
