Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing in Green Bay seeks a Recruiting Specialist to partner with HR and operational leaders, manage full life-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You'll source, screen, interview, and present candidates, while maintaining ATS records and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing timelines.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruiting, proficiency with ATS/HRIS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using HRIS and/or ATS.
• Sourcing and talent identification skills.
• Proficiency with internet search tools and sourcing resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and execution of staffing strategies for Green Bay manufacturing locations.
• Partner with HRBP and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding support.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through recruiting channels and networks.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and documentation.
