Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring a location-based HR recruiter in Green Bay to support sourcing, interviewing, and full life-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles. You will partner with the HR Business Partner and site leaders to meet staffing needs and promote Pioneer Fundamentals across the plant.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, strong candidate sourcing skills, and experience with ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• PHR preferred; HRIS/ATS proficiency required.
• Strong candidate sourcing, internet search, and candidate screening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions.
• Source, interview, present and close candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and post jobs on boards.
• Build relationships with internal managers and HRBP.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and adapt strategies.
