Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a location-based HR Recruiter to support entry-level hiring needs in Green Bay, onsite. The role partners with the site HR Business Partner and operational leaders to source, interview, and coordinate hiring activities aligned to staffing objectives.

The recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting, develop recruitment strategies, build relationships with managers, and oversee temporary agency relationships to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with HRIS or ATS.
• Proven candidate sourcing capability.
• Ability to use internet search tools effectively.
• Collaborative team orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and carry out innovative, cost-effective recruiting activities to meet staffing objectives.
• Monitor market conditions for Green Bay and tailor recruiting approaches.
• Build strong relationships with internal managers.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (sourcing, interviewing, closing, hiring).
• Submit job postings on job boards and internal/external websites.
• Oversee Temporary agency vendor relationships for the Green Bay division.
