Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly production, manufacturing, or skilled trades employees.
• Demonstrated ability to interview, assess qualifications, and make effective hiring decisions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using ATS and online recruiting platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and pre-employment coordination.
• Independently evaluate, interview, and hire for designated entry-level hourly manufacturing positions.
• Partner with department management to recruit for skilled, technical, and higher-level roles.
• Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract manufacturing talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Utilize ATS, recruiting software, job boards, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate candidates for manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and job suitability.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies to optimize direct hires.
• Build relationships with technical schools and workforce organizations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and focus on reducing turnover and improving retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
