Technifab is seeking a recruiting professional who understands manufacturing recruitment beyond filling seats. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled, and technical roles, partnering with Operations and department supervisors to ensure high-quality hires and workforce stability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing recruiting, strong interviewing skills, and experience with ATS and AI-powered tools to optimize hiring.

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience recruiting hourly production, manufacturing, or skilled trade roles.
• Ability to conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and make effective hiring decisions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and using applicant tracking systems and online platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and pre-employment coordination.
• Independently evaluate and hire for designated entry-level hourly manufacturing positions.
• Collaborate with department management to recruit for skilled, technical, and higher-level roles.
• Develop strategies to attract qualified manufacturing candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Use recruiting software, ATS, job boards, and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with temp agencies, assess candidate quality, and improve direct hiring.
• Engage with schools and workforce programs to expand the pipeline.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, costs, candidate quality, and retention.
