Sysco Corp. is seeking a Corporate Project Manager to identify key actions for national, regional, and site-level development and execution of major projects across operations.

In this role you will lead with a customer-centric mindset, collaborate with national and regional teams, and work with vendors/GCs to ensure compliance and ROI on capital initiatives, while enforcing safety and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in food production, manufacturing, and distribution design.
• Experience in driving operational efficiencies and throughput through site layout and planning.
• Lean Six Sigma experience and transformation experience preferred.
• Project management experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a customer-centric, associate-focused mindset to drive development and execution of projects.
• Work with vendors and general contractors to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and plant flow.
• Develop, plan, and execute capital projects and monitor ROI.
• Utilize industry best practices to execute projects.
• Prioritize safety and support training initiatives with EHS where applicable.
• Ensure inspections and audits are completed accurately and on time.
• Adjust department activities to meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee budget management including labor, materials, and capital investments.
• Collaborate with national and local vendors to establish working relationships and deliverables.
