Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7–10 years leading WMS implementations.
• Ownership of large-scale implementations from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environments; multifaceted, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Strong change management and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WMS conversion from discovery to go-live and stabilization across locations.
• Manage multiple IT, business, and operations initiatives with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build projects end-to-end, collaborating with Finance on business cases and ROI.
• Align stakeholders across SYGMA, Sysco, IT, Operations, and vendors to drive decisions.
• Drive change adoption through communication, training, and readiness activities.
• Support transportation modernization projects with routing software and devices.
• Coordinate technology for new distribution centers, including infrastructure and launch readiness.
• Provide clear progress updates, risks, budgets, and outcomes to leadership.
