Job summary

You will drive productivity while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met, in line with company policies and procedures. The role requires hands-on leadership of direct and indirect associates, implementation of lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and close collaboration with the safety team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lead direct and indirect associates.
• Experience with lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet goals.
• Manage performance, motivation, and training.
• Ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and staff evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels via WMS and maintain records.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
