Job summary

Sysco Corporation is seeking a Corporate Project Manager to guide national and regional development and execution of key projects in operations. You will collaborate with the VP of Continuous Improvement and Corporate Construction & Engineering teams to deliver capital projects and ROI-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving plant flow improvements while maintaining safety and audits. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in food production, manufacturing, and distribution design.
• Experience driving operational efficiencies and throughput through site layout and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-centric and associate-focused mindset to drive development and execution of projects.
• Work with vendors/GCs to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and plant flow.
• Develop, plan, and execute capital projects and monitor ROI.
• Utilize industry best practices to execute projects.
• Prioritize safety and support training initiatives with EHS.
• Ensure inspections and audits are completed on time and with detail.
• Adjust department activities to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budget management including labor, benefits, supplies, depreciation and maintenance.
• Foster company recognition through meetings and market activities.
• Collaborate with national/local vendors to establish working relationships and deliverables.
